Students Peace Ambassadors program
The student peace ambassadors program equips grade 10–14 students with self-awareness, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, impacting over 100,000 students in the South West, North West, and Centre Regions of Cameroon through counselling, orientation, and mentorship workshops since 2012.

Holiday Skills Academy
The Holiday Skills Academy trains and mentors 50 adolescents and youth ages 15–35 for 30 days during the July–August holidays with top trainers in practical skills such as soap production, beading of slippers, sandals, and necklaces, baking, and knitting of traditional dresses. Since 2018, we have trained over 200 youth in the south West and Centre regions of Cameroon, 100 youth under the work-study program, and 25 youth running their small production businesses

Education in Emergency
The Smile Again Initiative
The Smile Again Initiative was initiated in 2018 to train internally displaced persons with skills in income-generating activities and livelihoods so they can cater to themselves and their families. Since January 2019, 1000 girls, women, and boys have been trained and equipped with materials in ten host cities in Cameroon to start small businesses. Over 70% of them are doing well and also training others

ROBOGA BKA Challenge program
ROBOGA Basic Knowledge Acquisition Challenge is learning by doing training to reignite the attitude and spirit of self development, youth leadership, volunteerism, entrepreneurship and community development in among internally displaced youth. Displaced by arm conflicts and war in the two English speaking regions of Cameroon, most youth lost their family ones, dropped from school, lost jobs and lost self confidence in anything they do. Their state of mind combined with frustration has been pushing most of them into drug abuse and radicalization which is a big threat to the host community and the society at large. For the past three years we have trained 400 youth among which 20 youth projects were incubated to realization. The uniqueness of ROBOGA BKA Challenge is the learning by doing self challenge approach.

Sport for Peace and Sustainable Community Reintegration.
We use sport to promote peace, healing, and understanding in communities affected by conflict or division. By engaging individuals—especially youth—in organized sports, we create safe spaces for dialogue, teamwork, and trust-building, laying the foundation for reconciliation and sustainable reintegration. Sport also empowers communities by encouraging inclusion, resilience, and leadership, bridging gaps across cultures and generations. It teaches critical values like respect, discipline, and collaboration, all essential for long-term development and harmony.
